Over the years I’ve been to R&B clubs, dance clubs, rave parties, house parties, and to date salsa clubs have the warmest atmosphere and the friendliest of people. Anyone can dance with anyone else without the usual fear or nervousness of interacting with the opposite sex.
The fun of salsa is a great contrast to my day job in the I.T. industry where my interaction is mostly limited to my computer. Through salsa I’ve met many who are doctors, lawyers, company executives, graphic designer, photographers, high school teachers, even I.T. peers and long lost high school friends. Salsa is the real-world of social networking! So turn off that monitor, step away from your keyboard, and come and meet real people :) ”
