With almost 10 years of experience teaching Salsa, she plays an influential role evolving Salsa in Australia.

As Team Leader and chief choreographer for the Bacardi Festival from 2002 - 2005, Maroubra Festival, Brisbane Festival, Darling Harbour Fiestas, and Sydney Latin Fiestas where Viktoria and her team have entertained and inspired thousands of people to dance.

Viktoria has travelled overseas seeking inspiration from salsa instructors from all over the world attending the L.A. Salsa Congress where the world's most talented dancers come together to share their experience and love of Salsa.

Making numerous appearances in the media from TV, to radio and in prints, she is a true ambassador for Salsa and the Latin Culture in Australia.

Viktoria has stayed at the forefront constantly developing new teaching techniques to empower students to achieve their full potential. Her unique approach to teaching has earned her a reputation as one of Sydney's favourite instructor.

She is also the manager of the Club Salsa Dance School and the director of the professional service team from Salsachic.
